Yoga is the movement of the body in communion with the breath. In my teaching, I view yoga as a physical practice that brings the mind and the subtle body together for deeper healing. It is strengthening, while still having an energetic healing effect.
Yoga allowed me to integrate the body, mind, and spirit together for healing. I learned to calm my mind, release stress, and balance my energy by focusing deeply on physical movement.I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Three Sisters Yoga and have nurtured my practice for 15 years. No matter the length of time spent in the practice, there are new depths of yoga practice to explore.
